First- and second-generation MZR, MZR DISI Turbo and MZR-CD applications require direct original-file verification. MZR and Skyactiv generations can overlap in the 2013 model year depending on market. Naturally aspirated and turbo Skyactiv-G applications are listed as tunable after ECU confirmation. Diesel applications always require direct verification.
Distinguish MZR, MZR-CD and Skyactiv applications before selecting any hardware or tune path.
For 2018+ naturally aspirated cars, verify the thermostat by VIN and physical design.
State the fuel, transmission and complete intake or exhaust setup.
